Dispatch Operator

Trio Automotive Group Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and motivated Tow Dispatcher to join our expanding operations, based out of Gympie, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating our nationwide towing and roadside assistance services, with the option to work remotely during the night shift.

Trio Automotive Group operates 24/7 Towing and Roadside services across multiple regions in Australia. We’re looking for a team player with a sharp mind and a passion for helping people — someone who thrives under pressure and wants to grow with a company that values loyalty, Customer Service and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·       Coordinating and dispatching towing jobs efficiently across various Australian regions

·       Managing high volumes of calls and dispatch requests professionally

·       Communicating with drivers and customers to ensure accurate job delivery

·       Updating job status in dispatch software and maintaining accurate records

·       Monitoring job progress and resolving any issues that arise in real time

·       Providing exceptional customer service under time-sensitive conditions

·       Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

·       Process customer payments, generate and issue invoices, and perform timely follow-ups to ensure accurate account reconciliation and effective cash flow management

What We’re Looking For:

·       Strong communication skills with excellent phone manners

·       Experience in transport, logistics, dispatch or customer service (preferred)

·       Confidence using technology and dispatch systems

·       Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

·       A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving

·       Ability to work independently, especially on night shift

·       Team-focused attitude with a commitment to company goals

Requirements:

·       Must be based in Gympie, QLD

·       Open Car License and reliable transport

·       Availability for a rotating roster (including day and night shifts)

·       Quiet, private home setup suitable for night shift (if working remotely)

·       Willingness to undergo training and learn Trio’s systems and processes

·       Ability to work different shifts (Rotating Rosters)
