Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair and grooming services for both men and women, including:

  • Haircuts and styling (classic, fades, modern looks, scissor cuts, and long hair styling)

  • Beard trims, shaping, and grooming

  • Traditional hot towel shaves

  • Hair blow-drying and finishing

  • Use of modern cutting and styling techniques and products

• Conduct consultations to assess individual grooming needs and provide expert advice

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workstation

• Adhere to salon hygiene, safety, and infection control standards

• Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and referrals

• Recommend and upsell suitable haircare and grooming products

• Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate effectively with other team members in a unisex salon environment

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a professional Barber

• Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing (or equivalent preferred)

• Proficient in barbering services and hair styling for all genders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High standards of hygiene, safety, and client care

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with booking and POS systems (preferred)
