Kokoda Caravans is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our fast-paced finance team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable for Kokoda Caravans, supporting accounts payable for Kokoda Manufacturing, and handling full accounts functions for our smaller entity, Mino.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations for Kokoda Caravans

• Process supplier invoices and payment runs for Kokoda Manufacturing

• Take full ownership of AR/AP and expense tracking for Mino

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for BAS and reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams to keep workflows smooth and accurate

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping roles

• Solid knowledge of reconciliation and accounting principles

• Proficiency with systems like Xero, Odoo, or similar

• Great attention to detail, time management, and communication

• Confidence working across multiple business entities

• Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or caravan industries

• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to self-manage
