Job Description:
As a Bindery Table Hand, you will assist in the final stages of the print production process. Your primary responsibility is to support the bindery operators with manual finishing tasks, ensuring all printed materials are assembled, trimmed, folded, and packaged accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and maintaining finishing equipment such as Guilotines folders, stitchers, and collators

• Hand-assemble and package printed products as required

• Perform quality control checks to ensure print products meet specifications

• Stack, jog, and align printed materials for further processing

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a print shop or bindery setting is preferred, but not required (training will be provided)

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 16kgs

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and take direction
