ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group our Byrne Ford dealership is expanding! With the growing success of our Ford brand – including Australia’s number one selling Ranger Ute, the rugged Ford Everest, the powerful Ranger Super Duty, versatile Transit vans, and our ever-evolving range of Hybrids and PHEVs.

We have an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Business Manager to join our dealership.  The successful individual will be responsible to assist our customers with their finance, insurance, and warranty requirements. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Positively interacting with Customers who are seeking vehicle finance, insurance, and warranty services

  • Working with Customers to establish their needs and presenting financing options to suit their individual requirements

  • Packaging loan applications with the required supporting documents and presenting these to a suitable Lender to secure an approval

  • Accurately producing, printing, and packaging the required documents for loan execution, and arranging Customer signatures, payouts, and insurance cover

  • Preparing policy remittance and sales reports to the appropriate finance and insurance providers, and to Dealership management

  • Responsibility for document retention, accurate database updating, and information storage to meet legislative requirements

  • Completing the month-end summary recording results against objectives and planning corrective actions for the month ahead

  • Understanding and complying with Local, State, and National government reporting requirements, ASIC, and GST and taxation obligations       

SKILLS:

  • High level of computer literacy with experience in a range Microsoft Office programs, and Financier and Insurer IT interfaces 

  • Getting involved and working as a vital part of the Sales effort to ensure collaborative and productive outcomes for every member of the Team

  • Strong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard

  • A current driver's license is essential.
