About the role

We’re looking for a skilled installer with strong attention to detail who takes pride in quality work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing retractable fly screens at multiple locations daily

• Detailed Carpentry work—modifying doors, floors, and windows

• High-end custom integrations—collaborating with builders for flawless finishe

• Assisting in and eventually leading larger installations

• Occasional Repairing and assessing of damaged screens

You’ll be responsible for managing jobs from start to finish, working closely with homeowners, builders, and architects to ensure the best results. Our projects span across Victoria, with peak season from September to March, when we need all hands on deck to go the extra mile.

Skills & Experience

 We’re looking for someone with:

• Installation experience in screens or similar products

• Carpentry or Cabinet making experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Keen learner with paid training provided

• Great organisation and time management skills

• Good problem solving skills

• Domestic building or labouring experience is advantageous

• Multi-level thinking—ability to think outside the box

• High-quality workmanship with meticulous attention to detail

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Retractable Fly Screen Experience
