Established in 2008 and based in Kwinana Beach, Rovlah Steel Constructions fabricates and installs structural steel for commercial & industrial projects across WA. Our 50-person workshop is known for its zero-harm culture, modern CNC equipment and steady pipeline of work on schools, warehouses and processing plants.

What you’ll do

• Operate bandsaw to cut UB/PFC to length and bevel (50 %)

• Prep cleats & fittings – grinding, de-burring, marking (20 %)

• Safely move steel using 10 t overhead crane & forklifts (15 %)

• General workshop upkeep, tools & plant maintenance (10 %)

• Assist Boilermakers with fit-up, tacking & QA checks (5 %)

What you’ll bring
Must-have

• LF Forklift licence & practical yard experience

• Previous exposure to fabrication, manufacturing or heavy industry

• Sound level of physical fitness – able to handle 20 kg + stand all day

• Commitment to safe work practices & ability to follow SWMS

Nice-to-have (we’ll train the right person)

• Overhead crane ticket (dogging/rigging)

• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings

• HR licence or telehandler ticket
