We are committed to safety, quality, and delivering outstanding customer service and are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor to join and lead our plumbing team.

Job Summary:

The Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all plumbing maintenance and repair operations, supervising maintenance plumbers, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance plumbers.

Plan, assign, and review plumbing work to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair services.

Perform inspections to assess, diagnose and rectifying problem jobs.

Undertake site inspections to obtain information to assist with quotations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local plumbing codes.

Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and tools, and place orders as needed.

Respond to emergency plumbing issues and provide on-site support and troubleshooting.

Perform minor maintenance jobs.

Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, work orders, and personnel performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in plumbing maintenance, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and safety protocols.

Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting

Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in computer systems and software applications including Microsoft Office.

Western Australian plumbing and gas license.

Western Australian driver’s license.
