Maintenance Officer - Handyperson

MYVISTA has a 3-6 month contract position for a Maintenance Officer / Handy Person at our Balcatta residential aged care site, due to unplanned leave. The role is 28 hours a week over 4 days (Monday - Thursday). The position reports to our Maintenance Manager and is required to do a variety of maintenance and handy person tasks, to ensure we maintain a safe environment for our customers and staff.

Each day is different, and to support the older people we provide care and services to, we are looking for someone who knows how to get the job done and provide great customer service. 

The work will support the scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance needs of the sites. 

We require the successful candidate to have : 

• Previous or similar experience

• National Police Clearance - no more than 6 months old 

• Provide evidence of vaccinations  

• Current WA driver's license
