1st2nd Year Hairdressing Apprenticeship

RUBI HAIR MALVERN is seeking a 1st OR 2nd Year Apprentice Hairdresser to join our family.

We are currently looking for a bubbly apprentice hairdresser to join our team and get excited about a career in hair.

We are a friendly team of hairdressers who strive for professionalism and excellence in all aspects of our work, we are helpful and always willing to give you assistance to improve and excel, whilst having FUN doing it! We offer weekly in-salon training as well as a day each week at our RTO of choice, BIBA Academy.

Earn while you learn! An apprenticeship is 3-4years and unlike a uni degree you get no hex debt and on the job paid training in the industry you want to work in for the entire time :)

We are looking for a candidate who: 

• Is motivated

• Have a passion to be a hairdresser in our rewarding industry.

• Is keen to learn all aspects of the trade 

• Has good customer service skills 

• Has a happy & friendly personality 

•  We are definitely looking for a 'stayer' - someone who is committed and can be nurtured and grow with the salon. You will be well rewarded for your efforts.

Duties include: 

• Greeting customers 

• Performing hairdressing duties such as basin work and helping fellow team members 

• Salon maintenance 

• Attending weekly training sessions at BIBA
