Tasks & Responsibilities:

As our Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed dealership targets in the EV sector.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for green technology.

• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners in sustainable transport.

• Analyze EV market trends to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring alignment with customer demand and EV advancements.

• Collaborate with marketing to launch impactful campaigns for EVs and eco-friendly solutions.

• Track sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management.

• Train and mentor the team on EV innovations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

• Champion customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless experiences that build loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management (EV experience highly valued).

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to exceed targets.

• Deep understanding of EV market trends, incentives, and technologies.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting.

• Passion for sustainability and the future of electric mobility.

• Must hold a current and valid driver license.

• Mandarin language ability will be highly regarded.
