We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist with significant experience managing VIP clientele, immaculate presentation, advanced technical skill, a deep understanding of skin and body therapies, and a natural ability to connect with high profile clients while delivering exceptional service. You will be undertaking the following duties:

• Conduct in-depth, personalised consultations to understand client goals, assess skin and body conditions, and design bespoke treatment plans
• Perform advanced skin analysis and deliver results-driven facial and body treatments at a luxury, celebrity standard
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge in skin and management of various skin conditions: Rosacea, Acne, Pigmentation, Hormonal changes, Skin Laxity, Post-Op care
• Possess and demonstrate expert Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique
• Administer high-end aesthetic technologies including Ultraformer MPT(HIFU), INDIBA Radio Frequency, truFlex EMS, Healite II LED therapy, CO2 Laser and supervise and train junior staff in these technologies
• Have expert experience in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Mesotherapy, Bio-Microneedling Spicule treatments
• Be suitably qualified to liaise with referring doctors regarding post-op treatment and design corresponding protocols for optimal recovery outcomes
• Provide expert make-up artistry, including corrective and enhancement techniques for flawless, camera-ready results
• Recommend and retail high-end skincare and cosmetic products with confidence, discretion, and expertise
• Recommend and retail Clinic services and packages with confidence, discretion, and expertise
• Maintain exceptional client care, ensuring a seamless, professional experience from booking to post-treatment follow-up
• Manage appointments, maintain detailed client records, and ensure confidentiality for ALL clientele
• Uphold impeccable hygiene, safety protocols, and presentation standards at all times
• Continually evaluate and refine treatment protocols, techniques, products, and technologies to remain at the forefront of luxury beauty therapy
• Lead, supervise, delegate and train the Clinic team of beauty and spa therapists

The position will report to the Director/ Manager. 

The job will be full-time, with hours worked across Monday - Saturday.

Successful applicants would have:

• Certificate III in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• minimum 15 years relevant experience
• National/international professional reputation highly desirable
• Experienced and skilled with social media engagement
• significant experience managing VIP clientele 
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Proven sales ability
• Strong people skills
• Demonstrated problem solving
