Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced HR / MR drivers to join a dynamic team within a large catering facility located near Brisbane Airport. Rotating Day and Afternoon shifts are on offer with the opportunity of OT and weekend rates. Our client is a leading and successful food manufacturing giant supplying meals to many of the globes major Airlines.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

Short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including re-fueling.
Load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
Guide and position the trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand over.
Administrative documentation, reporting and general cleaning duties as required.

What do you need to be successful in securing this role?

MR or HR driver’s license required.
Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Neat and tidy presentation.
As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
