Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.
Wesley College Melbourne are seeking casual Examination Supervisors to assist with upcoming assessments. Key qualities are punctuality, reliability, maturity, and interpersonal skills. It is also necessary that all staff be able to sign the VCAA statutory declaration as shown below in addition to having a current Working with Children's Check. This position will be based at our Glen Waverley Campus.

Exam Supervisor Briefing: Tuesday 12 May from 9:00 am - 1:00pm (essential)
GAT examination: Tuesday, 16 June from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (essential)
VCAA statutory declaration requirements:
As an Assistant Supervisor, I am not:
(i) Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026 at the school where I am employed.
(ii) Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026.
(iii) Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026 at the school where I am employed.
(iv) Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, or any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment* materials at the school where I am employed.
(v) Employed by the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff.
