About the Role

Due to continued growth, Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a Casual ASOC Operator to join our team, supporting a high-profile, secure corporate technology environment based in Erskine Park, NSW.

This role operates on a rotating roster with 12-hour rotating shifts, providing continuous coverage in a critical operations environment.

Location: Erskine Park, NSW
Employment Type: Casual
Roster: 12 hour shifts 6AM to 6PM with both day / night shift options

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor ASOC systems in line with site SOPs and client requirements.
  • Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and integrated security platforms.
  • Identify, assess, escalate, and document security incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate responses with on-site teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive information at all times.
  • Deliver professional and consistent communication across all ASOC channels.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate Securitas’ core values in all interaction

Minimum Requirements

  • Current and valid NSW Security Licence.
  • NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
  • Strong alignment with Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and incident reporting capability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.
  • Previous experience in an ASOC, SOC, or security control room environment is highly regarded.
  • Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, and access control systems is desirable.
