About the role

As the Nursery Room Leader, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor your small team of educators

  • Create calm, engaging experiences for 0-2 year olds

  • Build trusting relationships with families

  • Support smooth transitions for new children

  • Ensure quality practices that align with the EYLF and NQS

🌸 About you

You’re a warm, confident educator who’s ready to take the next step. You bring:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

  • Experience leading or mentoring a nursery team

  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

  • A nurturing approach that helps babies feel safe and supported

  • A current Working With Children Check

  • Two professional referees (ECEC specific, including from your most recent employer)
