Field Service Technician

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Mackay, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive network. You'll have the stability of an established company and the variety that comes with servicing a broad range of forklifts, telehandlers, and access equipment.

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on forklifts, access equipment, and material handling machinery

• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and fix issues

• Keep machines running safely and efficiently

• Provide high-quality service to support customer satisfaction

We're looking for someone with:

• Trade qualification in Automotive, Mobile Plant, or Heavy Diesel Mechanics

• Experience working with forklift and access equipment

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Electrical and hydraulic experience (highly regarded)
