About the Role

As an Educator at The Grove Academy, you’ll play a key role in creating a fun, enriching, and safe environment for children to thrive. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to the implementation of exciting programs that inspire curiosity and learning.
Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering fun, engaging and milestone aligned learning experiences

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Supporting children’s growth through observation and documentation

• Contributing to a culture of collaboration and fun
  

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who embodies passion and enthusiasm. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Dedication to providing quality care and fostering children’s learning

• A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences
