About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bone & Meat Slicer / Bandsaw Operator / Machine Operator. This role involves 70% meat and bone slicing using a bandsaw, including cutting and portioning meat products. The remaining 30% includes operating other machines and assisting with general production tasks, such as packing, cleaning, and supporting the production team when required. The role requires following hygiene and food safety standards and working in a chilled production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, slicing, and trimming meat products

• Operating bandsaw and meat processing machines

• Assisting with other production tasks when required

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas

Requirements

• Previous experience in meat processing, butchery, or abattoir preferred

• Experience operating bandsaw or meat processing machines

• Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team

• Physically fit for manual work
