MSR Services Australia is expanding its leadership team with the addition of an Cleaning Area Supervisor. This role provides vital oversight to our commercial cleaning teams during day shifts, ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning teams during day-to-day operations.

• Carry out daily inspections to verify work quality and compliance with MSR standards.

• Monitor staff attendance and job completion through Connecteam.

• Provide feedback, training, and performance management where required.

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate with Management regarding site issues or customer concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory experience in cleaning, facilities, or related industries.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions during day operations.

• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to use workforce apps for reporting and rostering.

• Flexible and dependable, with a focus on teamwork and results.
