Acromat is Australia's leading manufacturer of sporting equipment and retractable tiered seating. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Installer who is most likely positioned in or near Perth, to service our Western Australian market.

You of course will be prepared to install anywhere in the State if required.

Your background and experience should ideally include:

• Significant installation experience – installation and / or fabrication e.g. fencing, sheds or similar.  A trade background is desirable but not essential

• Sound practical engineering knowledge and the ability to work from drawings

• Managing installation issues and facilitating smooth installs

• Providing technical support and product advice to builders and contractors

• Experience in sourcing and training your own installation crews (employees and labour hire as required), including building this capacity to meet future demand.

• You will be well presented, punctual and reliable with strong customer service focus and good communication skills

You will have:

• A (reliable) vehicle suitable for supporting your installation work

• Your own hand and power tools

• A mobile phone and email address

• A current appropriate Australia drivers license

• Scaffold / one man lifter license

• A Safety Card, safety clothing and PPE and follow Acromat's safety policy

• Public liability insurance (at least $10 million cover)

• Your own company or business structure e.g. ABN etc.

• Sickness / accident insurance

Administratively, you will:

• Complete all required Acromat documentation within tight deadlines

• Provide regular monthly invoices to Acromat

In summary, you are a 'hands on' practical problem solver - proactive, commercially astute, technically capable and well networked into the regional building and contractor market.  Acromat will ensure that you receive the training and back up needed for you to be successful with our work.
